What are the 5 ‘unique collectables’ you need in order to get the xbox360 achievement?

I’ve played through the game in hard and have got all the gold and weapons but I still haven’t gotten this achievement. What do i need to do?

You should have it if you picked up all the weapons. Collectables are weapons found on the map. You just need to find 5 "unique" or 5 different weapons. So if you found all the weapons, you should have it.
