There are the 4 springy things and each one has numbers on it. I dont know how to make it higher up. My daughter is a little too tall for it to be on the lowest setting.
I can’t get the metal piece out. Looks like I would just pull it, But it won’t come out.
The strap has loops in it under the numbers. Pull out the metal piece and pull the strap out some, insert the metal piece in the next space, snap shut. Do this for all four and have them the same number.
ETA: The metal piece is shaped like an L, it swings out. One part is down in the Jumperoo and the other pivots out and can be locked back. Find which part is the end and pull that out.
There should be these little green buttons on the inside just push them in and then pop the jumper up. That is what I did. Otherwise check out the fisher price website and they have directions to it. My daughter just became to tall for the first one too.
