Is it against copyright rules to use a picture that mimics somewhat the Hasbro game of LIFE cover?

I have changed it somewhat to not look exactly like the original artwork. The artwork was going to go on the cover of an outreach flyer. Does anyone know if this is against the law or know of someone I should ask?

As long as you don’t use the original logo(s), the hasbro name, or making profit from it then you are good to go.
