If so, how big is it and is it good quality? Would you say it is comparable to the Hannah Montana Beach house?? I am looking to purchase this for my soon-to-be 6 yr old, but don’t want to waste the money if it is "chinsy"…Thanks to all!!
I should be a little more clear, this is the High school musical PLAYSET….it’s like a "barbie house"..not an album or movie. A toy….thank you though.

HONESTLY, it’s a good movie like its prequels, but I would not recommend for anyone to buy this album. To me, it seems like they just put together runover tracks…. I’M KIDDING, The albums OK, literally for a six-year-old.
