The singer in this video is Scott Weiland. Scott was the frontman for Velvet Revolver. Scott departed with Velvet Revolver Jan 1st 2008 and stopped working on a side-project called Camp Freddy. Since then Scott has released 1 solo album, titled: “Happy” in Geloshes.

No, this band right here is Stone Temple Pilots and Scott Weiland is the lead singer, Layne Staley was the lead singer of Alice in Chains until he died in ’02, but after STP broke he was lead singer for Velvet Revolver until he was fired in ’08.

Stone Temple Pilots deserve a lot more credit than they received. Too bad Weiland’s addictions broke the band apart because I think they really could have kept going.
